Step 61 of 117
An auto-algorithm is a sequence of interconnected steps
of analyzed physiological processes that are reflected in the schema. The auto-algorithm
shows the "result
of action" of interrelated processes and can give a
reasonable prognosis of their development.
At the same time, the auto-algorithm allows you to see
the chain of
cause-and-effect relations, which reflect the cumulative action of
the processes under consideration. At the end of the chain, you can determine
the leading cause of the current state of the displayed processes.
Application
of auto-algorithms allows to considerably accelerate the functional analysis and
take into account necessary and sufficient criteria determining either this or
that state.
Step 62 of 117
In the "auto-analysis" selection field, the
classifier of auto-algorithms, indicated by the following icons, is used to
perform the "auto-analysis":
- an
icon of a folder, each of which contains a set of auto-algorithms. The name of
this folder is indicated next to the icon.
- The icon of auto-algorithm, each
of which contains a particular set of analytical steps. Next to the icon is the
name of this auto-algorithm.
Step 64 of 117
In the "Manual Analysis" area, there
is an "INDEX
SELECTION" filter that allows you to group several
markers from the analysis results of the considered "database of markers"
to view them according to the required relevance criterion - the numeric index.
The system automatically filters markers according to the maximum numerical
index.
Step 65 of 117
In the "Autoanalysis" area there is a "Process" filter, which allows you to group several markers from the autoanalysis results of the autoalgorithm in question to view them in accordance with the criteria for the directionality of the process
rate - color indices.
The system shows all markers by default, with all color indices.
Step 66 of 117
The "Auto-analysis Chain" is a chain
of cause-and-effect relationships that reflects the cumulative interaction of
the processes in question. At the end of the chain, the leading cause of the
current state of these processes is displayed. The marker from the "auto-analysis
chain" highlighted in blue shows from which "markers’ database"
it is taken (in which database it is located) and to which "auto-algorithm"
it belongs.
Step 67 of 117
The KME transforms the body's Field strength into a
mathematical model in the form of a set of different markers.
The
comprehensive database of the System contains reference markers of different
processes and states. Each markers’
database catalog is formed from the markers according to their generalized
similarities and features. It is reflected in the name of the database.
