Sort visitor list
In the visitor's
list, you can sort visitor data and search for the desired
visitor record in the list.
In the
"Visitors" window, you can sort the list in forward and reverse
alphabetical order, by date of birth, and last visit, by clicking on the table
column (Name, Last Name, Gender, etc.)

Search of the visitor profile
To search for
the desired visitor profile, click on the icon in the search window and enter
the initial letters of the visitor's first or last name.
As you enter
each subsequent letter, the list will shorten until you find the desired
results.

Analysis of
the visitor's previous visits
To select the
Visitor's previous visit, click on the field "Scan date" and choose
the date of the visit of interest.
By clicking on

Application Setting
In the Settings menu, you can see information about the current versions of the
application and analytical databases, adjust the scale of the application, and
exit the application to change the interface language.
The scaling is
adjustable from 75% to 300%.

Selecting the scale of the application
If, when using
the ERI-Qlife application on a particular computer, the screen resolution does
not allow you to read all the data in the interface comfortably, you can adjust
the scale of the application individually.
To do this, in
the "Properties" menu, under "Appearance of the application,"
you can change the scale to your liking by pressing + or -.
Or, on the
computer keyboard, hold down the "Ctrl" button and
simultaneously press + or - until the desired result is achieved.
You can also
change the scale by rotating the mouse wheel while holding down the "Ctrl" button on the keyboard.
To return the
application scale to its original state, it is enough to press the
"Reset" button in this section or simultaneously press the "Ctrl
and 0" keys on the keyboard.
